Step 1 . Login using Gmail account and subscribe to plan
This Step Includes Selection of Plan from Hospital, Single Plan Single Motive
** No worries just select Plan and Follow me for next steps **
Step 2 . Go to Ultron Hospital Solutions and click on it.
Step 3 . Choose add records Section and click on it

Add the Patients data as per your records and click
'Add Record'
Button at the bottom to add records in system.
Step 4 . Access Patients records
Step 5 . Find Patients records by Name , OPD Number or Date
Step 6 . Modify existing records
Step 7 . Access follow ups
